Privacy Policy

DHTC is a real estate brokerage pilot for the Garden Villas Tanza / Tanza Garden Enclave development in Tanza, Cavite, Philippines, operated by Solar Install Pinoy Devt Inc., with the property developer/client “DDC.” This policy covers information collected through our Facebook Page “Dream Homes at Tanza Cavite,” its Messenger assistant, and the linked webview forms it opens (together, the “Service”).

When you message our Facebook Page, our assistant may collect:

• Your full name, mobile number, and email address;
• Your monthly household income bracket and intended financing method (Pag-IBIG, bank financing, in-house, or cash);
• Your employment type and reservation-fund readiness;
• Your purchase intent (own residence, family, or investment) and target move-in timeline;
• Your preferred unit type and household size;
• Your general location and whether you are deciding alone or with family; and
• The content of your messages with our assistant, and, if you book a call or site visit, your selected date and time.

We collect your name, mobile number, and email either through Messenger’s built-in webview form — which may use your device or browser’s own saved autofill data to pre-fill those three fields — or, if you type them directly in the chat, from that message text. We never receive your Facebook password, and Meta does not give us access to your Facebook profile, contacts, or friend list.

Every question above is optional to answer, and we tell you why we’re asking before we ask for income information, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

• To answer your questions about unit availability, pricing, and eligibility;
• To match you to a suitable unit type and financing path, and route you to the right next step (a qualification call or a site visit);
• To schedule and send reminders for calls or site visits you book, including adding them to our team’s calendar;
• To follow up by Messenger, SMS, or email about your inquiry, including reminders if a conversation is left incomplete; and
• To improve the assistant’s replies (for example, reviewing whether its answers were accurate and on-topic).

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with any other property developer or broker.

We use the following service providers to run the Service. Each only receives the information needed to perform its function, and none may use it for their own purposes:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — the Messenger Platform itself, to send and receive your messages;
• Supabase — our database host, to store your conversation and qualification records securely;
• Google Calendar — to schedule confirmed calls and site visits;
• Resend and Semaphore — our email and SMS providers, used only to send you follow-ups and confirmations you’d expect from an inquiry you made; and
• Anthropic — used internally to periodically review the assistant’s own reply quality; this review does not make decisions about you and is not shown to you.

Our use of information received from Meta APIs will adhere to the Meta Platform Terms, including the Limited Use requirements.

We keep your inquiry and qualification information for as long as needed to follow up on it and for our own business records, and delete or anonymize it sooner if you ask us to (see below).

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. To do so, message our Page directly and say so, or email glendaforonda81@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We restrict access to your information to the team members and service providers listed above, and our internal tools that show lead details require a separate login of their own.

If we change how we collect or use your information, we will update this page and change the date above.
